Frosttoes First Run for 2013 – Monday, September 30 at Washington Park

New to running? Getting back into it, or just feel like running with a group? Either way join us for a training program as we prepare for the famous and challenging Frostbite 10 Mile Race to be held Sunday, December 1, 2013! Leaders Nick Fogleman and Jeff Chandler will feature two training plan for beginners and advanced runners, so any speed is welcome to join 3 times a week in training for the challenging course that is the Frostbite.  This free training group is open to any and all runners, we plan the route and put out water so all you have to do is show up and have fun! Schedule

Frosttoes will typically meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 PM in Washington Park, and Saturday morning at varying locations that may include Nelson Center, the Frost Bite course, and Washington Park. A schedule will be posted when times, dates and locations are firmed up. The following schedule is preliminary and subject to change.
